After Claudia arrived a little early so that Sofía could over decorate my Christmas tree, we went to Tania´s house.
Felipe had arrived and he gave me the greatest hug.
After we arriver, the family lunch started. Daniel had a barbeque going but he had also cut up, marinated and roasted eggplant pieces covered with cheese as an appetizer.
It was so very wonderful! And I ate too much so after I reached home I took the biggest nap. And now, very late, I´m just starting mylotting.

Sounds like fun. It's great you could be with your family. Sounds like you all enjoyed a great meal together, too. I'm glad you have someone to help get your tree up. We don't, and we haven't bothered to get a Christmas tree since our nest emptied.

I set up a very tiny tree, a little over one foot, just to feel like Christmas. It was a great idea to ask my youngest granddaughter (8) to decorate it.

Sounds like delicious food. Nice, you got your Christmas tree up. I was thinking about only having a small nativity out for Christmas since it will be another sad one for me but then I thought no I have to get something else so I ordered purple twinkling lights since I love the color and will put those up just to make things look brighter and more jolly

I don´t buy decorations. I recycle them. After Claudia inherited the old family ones, I bought just a few things and Leticia gave me the tiniest tree ever.

The appetisers sound nice. It's easy to eat to much when the food is delicious.
