My friends boyfriend is all the way in the USA she only sees him during July and December... she was saying that she loves their relationship but to say the truth I petty their relationship.... how do you stay miles and miles away from each other and still keep the love blossoming... She was advising me to try a long distance relationship... but I told her no thank you... Or what do you think about long distance relationships?.

This seems like a VERY long distance relationship. Not sure how that works at all. I wonder, and I am not trying to be mean here, but is she a mail order bride or something? Just curious.

@Karenmm Mail order brides are simply women men "buy" and then cart to the United States to marry. The men gain a wife and the women gain citizenship. They usually end badly.

Hahaha I don't understand what you mean by mail order bride... but they met when they were young and her boyfriend used to stay here.

I have never been into a long distance relationship. It’s not really easy to be apart of your other half.

It can be really hard especially if you love that person. Not seeing them in months is devastating.
