Most of the time, my daily routines in the city exhaust me. The rush hour, the work you need to put in.. Luckily, there's just something about nature that makes me feel a whole lot better. Today, I decided to go off in a little adventure. Seeing a waterfall rejuvenated me.
How about you? What do you do when you need to relax? Let me know!

Welcome to My Lot. I love to have a little adventure like seeing a waterfall. Today I walked through a leafy park and saw cute looking squirrels. They were coming down or up a tree. I was on my way to the care home to visit my mum that resides there. In the summer I feel relaxed my a walk along a coastal trail. I love to see seaside views. These seem to fully delight me and make me feel very happy indeed. Sadly my sports centre membership came to an end. I miss the Zumba dancing and time in the jacuzzi after my exercise. I hope to save up money to re join in April. I love to travel to different places and do this a few times a year.

I do exactly the same. Nature is what makes me feel better when Ive gotten sick from the same old daily routine
