Stitches

I fell down the stairs when i was a kid. It's really bad and i had 7 stitches on my forehead.

Last March, I was slicing cheese with one of those pampered chef knives, and wow. Right into my thumb. Nine stitches and a splint later! Ouch, that hurt and boy was I bleeding. The shots that they give you to numb the area while they stitch you up was worse that the cut!

I've never had to get stitches but came close a few times.

Yes...I got..a real bad cut when I was a kid and fall from my bicycle when I was having a ace with my friends and had 5 stiches....

I cut my arm with a carpenters knife. I had to get 7 stitches. This is not a attention thing. It is a disease. Tey had an episode of Intervention on Aand E all about it and I cried like a baby knowing I was not crazy like my parents accused me of being.

I have stitches in the palm of my hand. I was trying to apart some frzen food one day and the knoge (which was very sharp) gone into myhand, piercing it one way to the other. I had several stitches of course and I was in pain for many months. Till now the pain with the changes of the weather exists.

I've had to have stitches and staples a few times in my lifetime. I had my thumb re-attatched and my wrist sewn up when I slipped and fell through a glass door. Then once when I was little I ran into a very sharp object that cut deeply down by my shin bone and had to have 12 staples in it.

When I was about 2, I fell and cut my head. I got stitches then. Other than that, I have only had stitches after childbirth.

Ironically I was bit by a dog on my face..the whole time going to the hospital i cried "Dont put the dog down" LOL

I've had stitches in my knee from slicing it open to the bone and stitches in both my feet due to surgery and in my boobs LOL due to surgery
