Lunch time. Morning has gone making jams.

Today I have been doing jams all morning. I even made a jam for Hector, half sugar, half Stevia. I hope he likes it. I only made a small jar. I bought jams with no sugar specially for him and he would not eat them. Yet he has diabetes.
The big pot of jam is almost ready. And I will have to mylot in a hurry because Claudia just invited me for a few days at the beach. That will be between Christmas and New Year. Of course I said yes.

Have you ever used Splenda? It seems you can use that in the same quantities as sugar. I can't tell the difference in taste if something has been made with Splenda or not.
