my 17 days diet

so i decided i needed to lose some weight, and also my brother is getting married in two months so i have a lot of motivation to do it now
i did some research in order to find a diet which i can handle and not starve myself, but also lose weight fast.
i found a lot of talking about this died called "the 17 days diet".
so basically its a protein based diet. you can eat as many Lean proteins you want, a lot of vegetables and... green tea!
also you can eat dairy products and 2 fruits a day.
you do it for 17 days and than you add some good carbohydrates for another 17 days and it goes like this.. eventually there is 4 sections to this diet, each one you add more stuff to your menu.
looks like in this diet i don't need to starve myself, and i actually like to eat chicken, fishes and veggies, so i think its gonna be hard but o.k.
day 1 here we go!

I might try that one. I am looking to a way to lose weight at the moment. Good luck with your plans
