Three Salads

Last night I made up three salads to eat on till they are gone this week. All of them are cold and do well for days and days.
The first one was ambrosia/ fruit salad. This one is for the sweet tooth I have, instead of all the goodies this year I am going for the healthy way out.
Next is another sort of sweet salad/slaw. carrot salad made with apples and raisins.
Last is the savory, quinoa salad with a dressing, black olives and cucumbers and basil, I sometimes ad tomato but skipped this time.
Do you prepare cold salads/slaws for the week ahead for a fast snack or side for a meal?

Those sounds good and no I don't really make stuff like that. I love fruit salad but most of the time it has pineapple in it and i can't have pineapples..

Sounds like interesting recipes, that's good to make them ahead of time so you can have them throughout the week!

No, I don't but I should. All your salads sound yummy. I do occasionally buy potato salad but I get tired of it before it's gone,

@andriaperry How long does a salad last in the refrigerator? I might buy several so I can have a variety. Honestly it sounds so good today!

I have never had ambrosia and I didn't even know it was a fruit salad but now I want it.
That last salad sounds amazing I love quinoa and olives!
We don't really prepare things like that, we just make it on that night for dinner mostly because we don't have busy lives haha

This is something I have done more in the summer time. Right now I have several savory dishes on hand to eat I am going to make goodies and share them, in spite of myself.
