What's for dinner? December 18

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I'm making roasted boneless skinless chicken thighs that I marinated in a mixture of Penzey's Mural of Flavor seasoning, kosher salt, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil. To go with them we are having Stove Top stuffing, leftover baked potatoes from last night, and roasted broccoli. Nothing fancy but it should be good in any case.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Well it sounds delicious. I bet you will be dousing them in a 'liberal' helping of that Penzey's spice. (Jab and pun fully intended). But it DOES sound delicious. As for me, I am not decided yet as to what I will eat tonight. I am stuck in a palatial Super 8 in Wichita, Kansas...there IS a Spangles in town I like and might eat there. But I really have no idea yet.
