Bad Customer Service

For almost a month I have been waiting on an order, I did not have to pay first, but each week I call and it has never arrived so says some woman working there.
Today I call and I got a man, He said sure that shipment has been in and tells me to come on up they have plenty.
I hung up thinking WTH?!
I needed that order a month ago, that is the problem with who you hire to run your business, will they do their job or be lazy and not even type in a product?
I would have went elsewhere but I already have to travel 35 minutes to get to the closest store.
What are we to do with this type of service?

@andriaperry So it may have come in but she assumed it didn't and the store could have missed a sale if you had gone somewhere else.

Check to see if you can order it to home. I would also let them know how long you have been waiting. They can check when it came back in.

If I can help it I vote with my wallet. That means if you do me right I will empty my wallet for you more than once. If you do not, I won't bother with you and I will find somewhere else to go, AND even though I am cheap, MIGHT even pay more somewhere else just because.

@porwest I have fired doctors, I have left banks by taking everything and closing out accounts. Recently I left a pharmacy because of their behavior and I do have to pay $10 more. So yeah I will take my business elsewhere if need be

This is a big one with store all over the state, problem is they are all 30 minutes to one hour or more away.

Just did a post on this!! Go in, get the stuff and try again next time!!! If there's a prob go to the manager!!! If there is another prob You might just go into the and get what You need and 4get about online there 4 a while!!!

sometimes, customer service doesn't suck: it's the delivery service and since it's Christmas expect your orders to be late...

Review them on yelp or other similar sites. Make sure you leave local word of mouth about how you had to deal with them and wait, due to either laziness or someone was not bright enough to look it up.

No, I went in to buy and they did not have any so she ordered it and said it would be there on Monday, that was a month ago, the man that was there today said they have it and found my order, I told him she has not called me and I was waiting for a month for her to call. I went and got it from him today.
