You just need to make a personal PayPal account, add your email and do the things they tell you to fill in. Don't go to business part as it's harder to do.

Like @Hilary Ralston and @Anna advise. Just choose personal to register an account. We are not using it for business purposes. In the Setting page, you need to insert your registered email address to the Paypal email column. Paypal transfer money is using email address, no need bank account number. It is a non-financial bank. Hope that can help you.
