Today I made cips. I think it was the first time in my life to make cips, but I'm not sure. I made two different. Potato I cut my knife. I put salt on potatoes. In one part, I added a ketchup, but it does not seem enough because I did not feel it.
Have you almost tried to make something that you do not make usually?

Well, there is always a first time.
Today I'm going to prepare pasta for the very first time. I will follow the recipe, I will try to make a good sauce.
That pasta is made of a whole dorum wheat. I hope it will come out well enough for eating :-)

@Moon24 Well, as you can see now, it took me more than 24 hours to answer, because I saw that I would not have time for making the pasta. I had to go to work with a bus, that is 3 times slower than a car.
Today I have finally made the pasta: I took 3 liter of water, boiled them up with 1 spoon of salt, added 300 grams of whole dorum wheat pasta, cooked for like 10 minutes (tasting once in a minute to see how it goes) and the pasta came out well done. I added a ready sause from a jar. I also made soy pieces fried them with some olive oil, onion, tomato and silan (palm honey), it came out very tasty.
I took it to my moms birthday party. No one ate it but my mom. I came too late and they were already contented ( satisfied of other food).

Nice try.
I did not try to make chips personally. I saw my mother did it in the kitchen.
She normally put small portion of salt after the raw potatoes has been fried until slight;y golden yellow colour and dip out majority of the oil. This can make the saltiness preserve longer in the chips if you eat it lain without any source.
You can try dip the chips with some mayonnaise. It might be more delicious. I am hungry now.

I'd like to make chips sometime and I hear that it's very easy to do: did you know that corn and bananas are fattening: who would have thunk it???

@chattymaverick I was on a gluten-free diet. I'm planning again, but I'm not ready yet. You do not eat gluten on macrobiotic diet? i don't know much about macrobiotic diet.

@Moon24 you could try: they would end up being decadent and very taste as long as you use the correct measure of ingredients...I'd like to say I'm moving towards a macrobiotic diet but how long will that take??? I dunno...flour has gluten in it and that's what gives your arthritis more so and makes your bones and muscles act up something fierce: try using quinoa, buckwheat, rice flour or ???

Now you need to make dip to go with the chips.

Good try, it takes practice Im always doing a food test and it seems the more I make it the better it gets.

I love chips. They're cheap, easy and quick to make. I would eat them with ketchup and a glass of soda.
