How many of you women out there had to struggle to get what you wanted?

What I mean did any of you women have to struggle for a place in society and still struggle to keep your place? I had to struggle for me. I grew up in a family that did not encourage me and did not want to help me make my way. I had to do it myself.
I have gone on my own special journey when I came to live in Israel and am still finding my place. How about you out there? Are you still figuring out your place?

You must have a good family that supports you. You are lucky.

Actually Faye it is not another country at that. It is my Homeland and it was time for me to go home. Thank you though. Even though this is my country, I did have to start all over again as an adult and it was very hard and still at times hard,

Robin, if you need to vent you can always write me a private message. I know how you feel. The only one I had in my family that ever accepted me was my grandfather and I felt he was gone from me too soon. It is nice to know that you feel good here and feel like this place is family.
