should they be allowed or not

Do you think that child offenders should be able to live in neighborhood with children. if not where do you think that they should live

That's a difficult one. No they shouldn't be near children and they have to be monitored. But how do you do this? If they have paid for their crime, by being in jail or whatever, technically they should be allowed anywhere. I don't really have an answer.
