Mini Gym Update #16

Last night it was super-rainy. So I was glad Nancy picked me up at 6:12 PM to go to the gym. For our class last night, it was half-full when we worked on a focus on our stomachs with our exercises. My instructor announced a class room change (back to Fitness Room B), where the Friday yoga class was held. Here's what we've done last night in no order, which was almost the same as last week's session:
2 Down Dogs and 2 Forward Folds
6 Window Washers and 6 Windshield Wipers
2 Camel Poses- (1 pose with 4 leg lifts, 2x/each)
1 Full Body Stretch and 2 Intense Body Stretches
2 Crow Poses and 4 Kneeling Lunges (2x/side)
4 Arm-Leg Poses (2x/side) and 6 Big Toe Poses (3x/side)
4 Leg Stretches (2x/side) and 2 Warrior One Sequences (2x/side)
That's about it for this year.
As for this morning, it was a bit crisp to walk to the gym. We had a small class of people in our water aerobics class that warmed up in the heated pool. Though it'll be a bit warm and rainy this weekend and next week, I'll take next week off as I start my final annual winter gym break. I might be cutting in half depending on our winter weather is warmer than usual.

Relax and read. Take it easy and eat more to reach my goal in 3 weeks. It depends on the weather too. Make some home practice.
