@allknowing They are located on a spot where there are frequent earthquakes that case tsunamis.

How heartbreaking. 
You normally think of earthquakes causing tsunamis that would do that much damage, but they're reporting a volcano erupted shortly before the tsunami hit.

I just read about the volcanic eruption and tsunami a few minutes ago. I hope the news of the injured and killed doesn't get any worse. Indonesia has had a rough year with natural disasters. My thoughts and prayers go out to the people of Indonesia.

I too saw this news on TV. It was due to the Volcano eruption under the Water.
