sleep during the day

I couldn't sleep last night, maybe because I had been drinking a can of water with caffeine or because there was a Christmas atmosphere here. I am tired now . I need to sleep for a while, it is 9:10 am now.

I hope you get some rest. I was up quite early this morning, two am because someone could not stop coughing. I stay in a homeless shelter so sleep is sporadic, but I am greatful to have a place to lay my head. Have a very merry christmas and happy new year!

I guess so, the experience is not good with caffeine in the evening.
