Well it was a toss up between the apple pie or chocolate chips cookies.
The time has expired as many offer to give me some Christmas cookies.
No luck.Though it is not Christmas cookies my these are good anytime.
Will do the pie though.When not sure.

I am not cooking at all. There is only myself and son if he does not go to friends.
We may go to Dennys over here got a gift certificate why not.

A lot of our Christmas cookies this year came from either frozen dough or packaged cookie mixes. I felt kind of guilty about that, but it was my first December with all of the kids here for the month (instead of just a week) and I figured it was more important to make memories of baking cookies at all rather than trying to be perfect about it (and possibly not doing many at all). We had some chocolate chippers too!

I can see the three shelves. They look good.
Yesterday, I went to my daughter's to give her, her gift. The rest of the day, I worked on my book.

The cookies look delicious! I am glad you had a treat. I had a nice quiet Christmas at home with my fella and my mom.
