How do you find motivation and inspiration? I want to know what people are up to do what they are planed. Sometimes I do not have the motivation to do what is necessary.

@Moon24 Uh, I do not know. When I read it, it's ok, but when I close the book, I'm returning to my reality and I do not use anything from what I read.

I think baby steps. I do a little and then stand up, do something else, stroll in our small garden, stretch, get some sunlight, maybe organize my clothing. I may play a music, watch some videos. But mostly I list things I need to do.
