Children know what their body needs. Do not be too concerned, when she is hungry she will eat.

If a child is healthy and normal he must feel hunger at regular intervals. if a child has lost appetite and this is seen repeatedly , as a responsible parent you must enquire about his bowel movements and you need to check if your child is suffering from constipation or some other ailment , as kids find it shy to mention about these things!

@KOLAMsegaran1 , you can just chat with your child if he is passing his stools normally or not? If you have any doubts then better to take him to a doctor!

It will be good not to have a child eat something sweet, 30 minutes or 1 hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. The sweetness in snacks or soda just really destroys the appetite of any child. Also, probably your child is getting a little bit bored with the food that you have been serving him. Ask your mother if you were also like your son when you were his age. Ask your sister if she has experienced this thing with her own child or children. Lastly, ask your child's doctor and discuss with him or her what you have been observing about your child.

You must prepare something special for your child and your child must be excited to know about the dish. The appetite will be back automatically.

Depending on what they like and do not like, what they should eat but don't eat, you need to find ways to make the meals appealing to their palate. If for instance, a child doesn't like broccoli, but loves cheesy macarroni, you can add bits of brocolli in the cheese and brocolli meal that might get them to eat it. There are lots of ways to get children to eat more healthy meals instead of being, as you say, lazy to eat.
If getting your kids to eat a nutritious diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains is a challenge, turn mealtime into fun time. I asked some of my favorite food and nutrition bloggers to share

@KOLAMsegaran1 , When an older brother or sister likes to eat something that is new the younger sibling might be more likely to try it out. And when parents lead by example, that is, parents regularly eat healthy foods the children will most likely follow the leader and try out new foods. Broccoli, collards, spinach, fresh oranges and bananas need to be around all the time so children have them as a better alternative to junk foods. If your child has tummy troubles, it might be something to discuss with the child's doctor. Maybe the child has food allergies or has something going on with their digestion. But under normal circumstances, a child who refuses to eat certain foods, it might just be they don't know if it even tastes good, much less, has nutritional value.

You might like to check with a child specialist doctor, because child needs are very sensitive and at times , people may not be able to catch the symptoms and the cause.
