I fell asleep !

I was sitting in my chair in the living room this afternoon, and had just finished Bible Study, and was feeling worn out. The next thing I knew, I was waking up. 
I don't normally sleep during the day, but I must have been really tired. 
The problem is, now I don't know if I'll be able to get to sleep when I go to bed ! 
Oi. At least if I can't go to sleep, I can get up and myLot...

My mom can sleep also even though she is just sitting. It does happen when she lack sleep the previous night or is extremely tired. I fell asleep sometimes when I am riding a public utility vehicle.
If you have trouble in sleeping, you might read some books or listen to some music that can help you go to sleep. Whenever I go to bed, I just listen to some positive affirmations which has musical accompaniment. That technique work on me. You can try it too.

I know exactly what you meant. I have the same trouble too and it bothered me a lot especially if I need to work the next day.
