Chris Brown got arrested again for the nth time I can't count!. Imagine I have a topic about this months ago and it happens again.

He had been arrested for beating up women he have romantic relationships with.
He also got arrested for beating up a female friend.
He got arrested for beating up a Paparazzi.
None of them puts him in jail. Even the incident where he almost killed Rihanna
I just saw it on TV again! He is arrested today again!

He got arrested again for having a pet capuchin monkey without any permit. People are allowed to have pet monkeys but they have to take a permission from the government to have one.
How many times this guy got saved from being jailed. I hope he get jailed this time for good. Imagine all those teens who see him as role model.
Bieber was also annoying but he is now changing his ways.... Chris Brown is getting worst as years gone by.

To be fair with him, he is not arrested for beating someone up this time. He got arrested for having a pet monkey without permit.
