If you normally sleep at night but somehow are not able to go to sleep at the regular time, is it due to having to work a night shift or has something been causing you worry? I tend to go to sleep at approx. 10:30 PM every night unless there is something on TV I like too much to ignore. If I change my daytime activities or any other activities or if I do not keep a regular schedule of activities I will have trouble getting to sleep at the desired hour. In any case, we need to get from 7 to 8 hours of sleep every 24 hours, so if there is any way you can stop using your mobile and or TV and sit and read a book or just try to relax for about 30 minutes before your normal bedtime, you might be able to go to sleep. Otherwise you may have a sleep disorder. If that is the case talk to your doctor. I take a 3mg tablet of melatonin that is over the counter and it helps. Not for everyone.

Maybe there are memories that still cross your mind, so you can't sleep
