Because of some of my medical issues I need to eat chocolate to give me energy. I was asked would I give up my favorite food for a year or candy for a year.

Well obviously I cannot give up chocolate. My favourite foods are chicken, pork and buffalo meat as well as most Chinese foods. All of these things are good for my health, so what can I do ?

Which would you pick, even if you don't have health issues?

I think I read somewhere that eating chocolate in the morning is healthy, of course it depends on the type of chocolate. Would I give up my favorite food or my favorite candy for a year? I would probably give up candy. I don't eat that much anyway, as long as the candy wasnt' chocolate.

No chocolate is included as a type of candy. And the choices are giving up your favorite food for a year or candy forever!

@dfollin Oh okay then, I guess it's my favorite food for a year. Now if only I could decide what that is. I have a few favorite foods depending on the cuisine.

Are you talking about dark chocolate? I had heard dark chocolate was healthy, but it took awhile for me to get used to the taste.

I would eat pork sausages because I Tanikka Paulk isn't Muslim. However I try to limit my portions of pork. Beef is a better choice.

@dfollin I do have health issues. I do not eat as much chocolate as I did before. I love peanut butter with chocolate spread and I like chicken and beef.
