My morning paper carried a feature on practices that would enhance our well being . It made for a very interesting read. A healthy things ABC.
Some things I already do, some I mean to try out and some which are beyond me.
It started with A for aerobics.Among the alphabet headings D for diet ,W for walk and Y for yoga were familiar.
However Q for Qigong was something new for me. It is a Chinese practice that reduces stress, lowers blood pressure and other adverse health problems. I will look it up on the net now.

Since I reached 40 , i am so interested already in anything that can make me healthy as I grow older. Even at Fb, this is what I also like opening and reading.
I guess, when one is getting old, she still would like to live longer but healthy still.

I suppose you need to practise for quite some time to do that.
I do the walks, yoga and healthy diet which were the W ,Y and D in the chart

I have found that old age reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, etc--the best lesson you learn is stress/worrying is a waste of time!
