It is 23:15 and I am in bed now. My sister and my son slept earlier than me because I watched a television series until 11pm.
I heard loud snores. Neither any of us three at home snores so I listened intently: somebody in the neighborhood is having a very sound sleep that he is snoring.
The picture here shows how close my room is to our neighbor's house. So no doubt, the man of that house owns the snore. Probably he is tired.
Do you snore?

That's terrible but I don't think we could do much about it.

there is a management for that: do not sleep in supine position (on your back); instead, it is better to sleep side-lying. sometimes snoring can be an early manifestation of decreasing level of oxygen in the brain that might result to cardiovascular accident or stroke.

@louievill but the man is somewhat snobbish, so i cannot do anything but hope he is not tired.

yes their house is so close to our rooms, and the snore was loud; so loud it was like a steam locomotive with a whistle. hahaha

When you go to bed do you hear him snoring too since his is close to you? I am not sure if I snore but I heard my cat snore before.

My husband swears that I do, but I'm not sure how he could ever know, since it would be impossible to hear anyone in a two block radius over his own snore. I bet he could give your neighbor quite the challenge in that department. He does sleep well though, so perhaps the louder the snore the better the dreams. He is sleeping now, hes been quite sick. I shall ask him about this when he wakes up.

maybe your husband was so tired that he was sleeping like a baby--- a snoring baby.
but if somebody snores, it is good to wake him up and advise him to change position. there are some medical conditions associated with snoring; one is pancreatitis.
