Millions of people have an incessant quest for the perfect body. But, what exactly is this body that has no mistakes?
Particularly, I don't think this kind of body exists... After all, perfection doesn't exist in any aspect. However, when it comes to having an incredible body, the most diverse and crazy diets appear.
Have you done any? What do you think?

I will now start with the Mediterranean diet which s, after reading about them, the only sensible diet I found.

Never. For many years people think that being skinny is the perfect body. I struggled with gaining weight for so many years that I stuffed myself with food, even unhealthy ones just to gain weight. Eventually, I figured out how to do that. When people call me fat, I smile and I'm happy because finally I'm no longer skinny. However, my clothes are still in small size.

I haven't done any on my own, but I remember my parents going in this "cabbage soup diet" a couple of times, and I went on it with them--but it was awful.

I did a whopper diet once where I ate a whopper a day and rode my bike and yes I lost weight.

There are some very odd diets around but I haven't tried any.

The only diet I have ever followed is the seafood diet.

I once tried a diet which consisted of drinking a spicy lemonade.
Now I do Keto, or more often low carb, but that is not so crazy (to me)
