I saw a news today.
It is about a thief being knocked down and killed from the incident by the property owner. The owner now is facing road safety charges for driving dangerously.
The case is still held in court and the possible penalty is a jail term of up to 10 years and a fine not exceeding RM20,000, if the final court decision declare the driver is guilty.
Do you think it is fair?

So he ran over a man that stole his bag? It is the law that will decide but I think that is pretty extreme. I would not havr run over someone that stole something from me. I would call the police.

Yes, let the god give wisdom to the judge for fair judgment.

I think if he was killed because of self defense that the was not the fault of whoever killed him.

if it is possible, the thief should be captured and turned over to the police.
