I have digestive issues and I avoid oranges and tangerines. My family bought some today. I am thinking to eat just one. I think it won't harm me. Tangerines have 85% water, vitamin C, other nutrients. I like them because they are juicy and sweet. I don't like sour tangerines. I don't use tangerines in cakes. How do you prefer to eat tangerines? Do you like them?

I love tangerines and even give them as gifts to others. Today, I brought about 24 to some friends to enjoy. I have some in my fridge and will eat them later today. Great for fighting a cold as the have a lot of Vitamin C.

Maybe it would be good if you had something to eat before eating a citrus fruit - that way you don't get the straight acidity going into your digestive system. We love tangerines, but we also have a tangelo tree here (I think it's a cross between pomelo/grapefruit and tangerines). Very sweet!

I do, but like you, have stomach issues so I rarely enjoy them.
