Back from the gym 2019

On this rainy and windy evening, I'm glad that Michelle arrived to class tonight to give me a ride home. It gave me a chance to caught up to her and to see her again. On the way to the gym, a fellow Pilates class mate Jill offered me a ride to the gym for class. So I did little walking and had both rides today. Yay!
Though we had a decent-sized class this evening with our substitute Kate, my regular instructor did pay us a visit to say hi. She said she'll be returning to class a month from today. So depending on the weather, I hope to see her soon.
We pretty much had the same floor routine on the mat and added some new moves:
2 100 Cycles (1 on stomach, 1 on back) and 2 Sidekick Series with Clams (1x/side)
6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 3 Double Leg Stretches (3x/side)
3 Parachute Jumps and 4 Thread the Needles (2x/side)
1 Swimming Cycle and 4 Head Peel-Ups
3 Rolls Like a Ball and 2 Rolls with a Stand-Up
3 Criss-Crosses and 3 Saw Poses
2 Elbow Planks (1x/side), 3 Up Dogs, and 3 Down Dogs
2 Hip Flexor Stretches (1x/side) and 4 Arm-Leg Poses (2x/side)
That's about it for today!
