I love LUSH! Daily I use AOBS (the best face cleanser I have ever used!) Imperialis, Flying Fox, Godiva and Silky Underwear but I also couldn't live without Floating Island, Sweet Japanese Girl, Honey Trap, Something Wicked, Oxeo Cube, and Black Pearl among others.

Yeah I'm big into Jasmine LOL. Or anything Honey, Black currant, Vanilla, Sandalwood or Fennel/Anise. I do like the HIWTK stuff but my daughter likes it more so it always ends up going to her :D. Foody candy scents aren't really my thing but I buy them for my SIL and she loves them :) I think they smell very nice just not for me heh.

I love Something Wicked, I use it as a solid perfume. I keep one in my drawer and just put it on like BPAL or something. I love it and I can smell it all day! :)

I love the way they do Jasmine, too! Alkmaar is such a wonderful winter soap, so moisturizing. And in the summer I live in my Silky Underwear Powder! The Something Wicked this Way Comes bath melt is a blend of jasmine and ginger (their ginger fragrance, not exactly like real ginger) and I use it in the shower, too, just so I can smell like that all day.

Oh, I LOVE their bath bombs! I haven't tried any of their other stuff, yet, but my sister has and she loves them. They have a store in Pasadena that we stopped at after a Dodger game. Let me tell you, it is SO hard to smell individual bath bombs when you're in there! But I guess it's better than buying them off the website and guessing whether or not you'll like it.

Here is an idea. Take some coffee beans in a baggie. If you smell the coffee beans between smelling each bath bomb it should help. The bath melts and bubble bars are great too!

At the LUSH store I go to, they actually have a little container of coffee beans for you to sniff! I think the coffee is supposed to "clear out" your nose or something - I've also seen that done at candle shops.

I really like Lush and have been shopping there for quite some time. I mostly buy the bubble bars and bath bombs as I really enjoy taking baths. A lot of my favorite products have sadly been discontinued. Ice hotel, plumb duff and marzibain to name a few.

Thanks for coming to Mylot. I'm going to try Alkmaar when I go to the Pasadena Lush later this month. I'm not really big on Jasmine sometimes. I do love my Karma though.

I shop at Lush! ;)
Even with the price increase, I will continue to buy Aquamarina at the very least. The ladies at my local Lush store are so nice that I can't stop going there altogether.

Aqua Marina is probably my number one staple as well. I don't care how expensive it is, it's the only thing that keeps our (me and my SO's) problem skin looking fabulous.

Yeah, I thought Aquamarina was too expensive for me at first since I go through it so fast, but as I experimented with their other cleansers I realized that it (and my Ocean Salt) are worth every penny.
The ladies at my Lush are sweet, too, I could never abandon them!

I shop there and I LOVE them. Some of my favorite products are:
Sympathy for the Skin - light vanilla scent
Silky Underwear ~ sexy, sexy, sexy
Alkmaar ~ creamy and smells SO GOOD
Buffy ~ leaves your skin SO soft and no need for lotion
17 Cherry Tree Lane ~ Why did they have to discontinue this one???
Champagne Snow Showers ~ Why can't this one be year round? ::cries::
American Cream ~ smells great and is the only conditioner I have ever used that left my hair shiney

I think Robyn's Beaded Hemp has made a Champagne Snow Showers dupe. You can get it in a tart, lotion, bath melt, etc!
I totally bought over 20 bucks worth of that jelly in December!

I have never been to the store. I have a gift card so I will drive to Orlando to use it after Christmas. Most of my purchases are made online. I love the smell of Karma. It's amazing.

I adore Karma, too! It's got a light patchouli scent but it is so citrusy, too. The Karma Kream is really moisturizing and smells wonderful.

I've now been to the Belleview and Orlando Mall Lushs and I'm going to Pasadena later this month.
Karma is great except the perfume is too strong and gives me a headache. I as thinking of maybe spraying it in my bath instead of wearing it as fragrance... do you think that will work out ok?

If I was your friend I wouldn't just talk about it, I'd buy you something! I hope you get to buy something soon. You should check www.lush.com and look under store events. If you go to a store when there is a party you can usually get a free goodie bag if you rsvp.

Oh she does. I don't have much more gas than I do money..and the fact I live out in the middle of nowhere doesn't help lol. So my best luck is to just buy things off their site.
But thanks.

I started buying from Lush end of October 2006. I started with just the BBS and now I've switched to their hair and skin care ranges. I've suffered from psoriasis on my face and scalp for years, and Lush is the only thing that actually helps me, more than the horrible cremes I got from the doctor. I used to think Lush was rubbish and too expensive until I actually started using their products. Now I think they're a miracle and bath time is fun again :D My hair, scalp and face have never looked better! My favourite products are Soak and Float, Recon, Ocean Salt, Karma Kream, Lemony Flutter, Herbalism, Eau Roma Water, Think Pink ballistic, Blue Skies BBS and many more.

I love the Think Pink ballistic the most out of the ballistics. I used to think Lush was too expensive for years... and then in July of 06 I finally just placed an order. It is worth every dime!

Lemony Flutter makes for a great foot rub, too.
Or if you slather it on your hands, then polish it off them with Ocean Salt, you'll be surprised at the difference. Do one hand at a time and you'll see!
My favorites are the bath bombs, bubble bars and melts.

Isn't Lemony Flutter fabulous? I used to have the worst time keeping my cuticles in shape (I work with my hands a lot). Lemony Flutter keeps them nice and moisturized, and I love the fresh lemon scent! It's so much nicer than a lot of the fake-smelling lemon scents out there. I also use the cream on my knees, elbows, and sometimes, my head! (My hair is only 1/8in long, so my scalp is often exposed to the elements and gets kind of dry. Plus it makes me smell yummy.)

Usually I'll use half of it in the tub, then use the other half in the shower over a couple days. I can't leave one in my bathroom in the summer, though, it goes off really quickly with all those oils in it.
Enjoy your first store party, W!

My staple cannot-live-without products are:
Enzymion moisturizer
Tea Tree Water toner
Dream Cream
Aqua Marina
Tramp shower gel ('cause I like smelling like a dirty hippie *wink*)
Silky Underwear dusting powder
Trichomania solid shampoo
I used to be more into the bath bombs and stuff, but with the price increases and my budget constraints, I've just been sticking to the staples. However, over the years I've used almost all of the products, so if you have questions about specific products, let me know! *wave*

Aqua marina is another one of my new favorites. I liked the smell of Trichomania but it just doesn't do what I want it to do with my hair. I do use The Blonde solid shampoo and that is working out great for me.

I totally use Trichomania for the smell--my hair is super short (about 1/8in!) so smell is more important than performance. But I'm glad you found something that works for you!

I have to use Ocean Salt and Aquamarina on my face, and I love the Oxeo deodorant. Nothing has ever worked this well keeping me dry and smelling good, and it is just a deodorant, not an anti-perspirant.
I also love my Tea Tree Water Toner and Gorgeous.

We all know I have an obsession. Seriously, after tallying up my daily routine in the other thread, I was pretty embarassed, lol. I don't think I'll do it again.
My absolute favorite scents are Honey Bee, Big Blue, SDM, FF, Olive Branch and Karma.

I visit a LUSH store once every two weeks or so, usually for just a small restock of items or for gifts.
I've mentioned my favourite products a few times, but I'd have to say my single favourite is the Mange Too massage bar. I use it mostly as a moisturizer in the shower, but it is SO versatile!

Last night they had a forum party! They had trivia for prizes... and special promos going on... like buy 10 bath bombs get two free... which you could also combine with buy 10 bubble bars get 2 free, buy 10 soaps get to free. They also had free gifts if you bought Honey gift sets... or if you spent over $500. Also anyone who placed an order last night got a giftcard with each order preloaded with $5 to $500. How awesome is that! I spent $102.50 last night on bath bombs, boxed gifts, coal face cleanser, massage bar, bubble bars, And I got free shipping! Woohoo!

I love being able to shop at the store (doesn't happen often) and actually see, touch, smell the items before I buy. I've also gotten a lot of samples - and I would say I've turned around and bought about 95% of what I sampled.

I cannot walk past the Lush shop in our city centre, the wonderful smells always lure me in to buy. My favourite is Karma, it's orange and bergamot and absolutely gorgeous. The bath bombs are amazing, so many to chose from and I always end up buying more than I can really afford to get simply because I am spoilt for choice.
They have some fantastic fresh face masks in our shop too, all kept on a bed of ice for freshness, and I've used a couple of them recently and found them to be so good, even if you do have to keep the pots in the fridge.
I love Lush :-)

I love their stuff, especially the shower gels, soaps , lip balms and massage bars. They are a bit expensive though, and I think that the vast majority of the world would not be able to afford them though they're available.
