My mom and I have been arguing nonstop for a long time. I've suggested counseling to help, but I wanna know if it's actually worth doing?

If you're both going in with the goal to have a healthy relationship, to comprimise and to change what you need to change...then yes. If either are going in with the goal to be proven right...then no.

Nothing wrong with having some one to intervene. Never hurts to give it a try I hope you get the best counsel person.

It is. Sometimes, we need some mediator to realize what is right and wrong.
