I love dried fish(TUYO)

good evening everyone, since last week all the dishes that I cook for my family has a soup,so I want something new and now I am going to cook dried fish and dip it in tomato, vinegar, chili, and I think I have to match it also with scramble egg,the perfect match, these dried fish is from our province in Roxas because my father went there last christmas, and now he bring it here becasue we love it, hope I can make a good dinner tonight, happy dinner What is your dinner for today? Can you share it?

I prefer "tuyo" for breakfast. Never tried them for dinner.

Oh I'm happy to hear that, I think that is a good combination of food. Dried fish is available too in your country?
