Movies with UNEXPECTED endings: Which one is your favorite?

I think that sometime in your life (even if it has been at least once), you certainly must have watched a movie that left you jaw-dropping, right? So what movie would you recommend (without any spoilers, of course... haha!) for mylotters who like movies with unexpected endings? Well... In my case, I was totally crazy about the end (oh, my... what an end! it's just mind blowing! ) of Psycho (from the master Alfred Hitchcok).

I like Psycho I have seen both the old and the new version. Two other movies that I liked were Shutter Island and Orphan. I don't want to write much about them as that would ruin the experience for people who haven't seen them, but in both cases I was surprised when the truth was revealed.

@moonandstars I watched Orphan a long time ago, but I still remember it very clearly. That one really surprised me.

The ending of a very old film The Heart is a Lonely Hunter was totally unexpected and very upsetting. My boyfriend (now my husband) drove out of the drive-in without unhooking the speaker.

I´m thinking about the end of Vertigo, also by Hitchcock.
