Hi, I hope everyone is doing great.
I hope also today you've tried not to hurt pigs and chickens by eating them.
In any case, I want to promote myself on social media, but I feel so scared I have no idea why. Maybe I have less motivation? how can I come over that issue?

Just do it and start slow and you will get over your fear and then it will be awesome, good luck to you.
