The day just began here. I learned something from yesterday that I'm keeping for life. It says the words we use every day are spells. That is why it called "spell-ING". It means as we speak, we cast spells especially on ourselves. When we say "I am" before any word, we become that word. So it is very important to pay attention to how you speak about yourself. Today, I am bold, happy, strong, smart, beautiful and intentional. It is no wonder my African ancestors say that there's power in the tongue.
