Time management is a concept fabricated by management who throw far too much work at employees and tell them they need to manage their time better.

Likely, they've sold us on working 365 days a year for less money than ever, when before, as farmers, we had an entire season off to take care of things outside of work, as work isn't everything, nor should be.

@RobbieLowdown0 Absolutely! Prior to the Industrial Revolution craftsmen would only work as many days per week as was needed to provide food, shelter etc. Then enjoy themselves for the rest of the week.
