Can you please help me to understand what he says on 2 occasions in the video?
At 0:55 whether it's ___?____ in a recession
At 0:57 a recession which ________ you should do
I can't understand the few words here

This is tricky. I think the first two missing words are "propping output", but I could be wrong. The second one seems to include "no doubt", but there is something before that which I cannot decipher.
