Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is currently 17 degrees F here at the Jersey Shore with an expected high of 39. I slept okay last night. It could have been better but it could have been worse. I'm drinking some coffee right now to try to help wake myself up. I have work today (of course) and then a 5 pm workout. The usual for a Tuesday. What's everyone else up to today?
