For whatever reason my Virily earnings for November are not showing up and are not reflected in the total earnings, and my December virils and earnings equivalent are incorrect. I've contacted Virily via their form they have on the website and via their FB page to find out what's going on but have not gotten a response from them. I think it's been at least a week since I contacted them. And I checked my spam/junk folder in case their reply went there but nothing from them. That is so unprofessional! It's getting very frustrating waiting for their reply. They do say on the website that chat is another way to contact them, however, chat is no longer available. Wonder why they didn't update that info on their site. If they don't offer chat anymore it shouldn't say that chat is one of the methods of contacting them. Seems I may not be the only one having these problems. Wish I knew what's going on. I was getting ready to publish some more quizzes but don't want to do that if virils and earnings are not updating and are incorrect.
