A musical day

Ok, so I've alway been a musically inclined person. I've been playing various instruments since 6th grade (I'm a Junior in college now for a time span). However, as of recently, I've been listening to musicals while at work to make it less of a drag. From this I thought of two questions. What musicals have you heard/seen and what do you do at work to get through the grind?
