@PrincessREL All I do is get in a comfortable quiet place and breathe in and out, very deep and slow. That works for me.

I currently take a couple of medications, pray, drink certain kinds of tea, do breathing exercises and try to distract myself with something else should anxiety come on.

Some days are worse than others but it just sucks living this way. I like the reassurance that im not the only one though

@PrincessREL You are not the only one. What kind of anxiety do you have? Do you also have panic attacks?

@dya80dya i dont have panic attacks but i shake 24/7 and it affects my sleep, and i worry too much about things. What about you?

I definitely do, not really sure how to cope myself....and don't want to go to a doctor about it!
