Mom to mom, help me!

I feel like all I have time to do during the day is clean the house. My children do not get home from school until 4pm. Once they do it is homework time then dinner, chores, practice for their sports then bed time. I fell like I have no time to really spend with any of them. With six children I know it is normal to be very busy but I can not seem to find time to just play and have fun. Please tell me how you make time to spend together when they are in school and sports.

We have 4 basketball games every Saturday, Sunday’s are our only sport free days of the month. Monday - b-ball practice, tues- b-ball practice, Wednesday gymnastics , thurs gymnastics Friday b-ball practice Saturday games all day
