Created at the celebration of Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday in 2016 at the Birds Eye restaurant in London, England, this extravagant $ 238.18 sandwich contains sweet caviar, mayonnaise saffron and a limited edition of encrusted fish fingers. The dish was called Cod Save the Queen.
