Who the heck are the "black Hebrew Israelites"? And how are they involved in the "spoiled white Catholic kid" v. "Native American Vietnam veteran" standoff?

It looks like the Native American guy was the one doing the harassment from all of the more recent reports. Videos on youtube seem to back this up. The left wing media seem to be in the process of a massive climbdown on this story when it was revealed the Catholic students were pretty much minding their own business when this guy approached them from a fair distance away and started banging his drum about six inches from the young lad's face. I think he showed remarkable restraint to not have inserted the drumstick where the sun doesn't shine. Apparently the Native American guy is a well known left wing activist who served in the army during the period of the Vietnam war but never actually made it to Vietnam so a Vietnam veteran he ain't. Edit: Somebody pulled his military records. Apparently he was a rifleman for 2 days and then became a refrigerator mechanic spending his entire service in Lincoln, Nebraska and El Toro, California. Most reports do suggest that the Black Hebrew Israelites were shouting racist abuse at the Catholic schoolchildren but I've not seen any video evidence of this.

For what I have read on the European newspaper the Native American was the harassing one. He is not even a real Veteran as he was described at first. My grandmother used to tell me that newspapers were only good to wrap fish at the market. Now we have Internet and the media are even worse.

I prefer my fiction clearly labeled as such.

They're (The "Hebrew Isralites") basically a group of morons that claim everybody elses history as their own and say that those people stole it from them. First they were the "real" Egyptians, then they figured it was cool to be Native American so they started claiming themselves as the "real" Native Americans. The only black Hebrews i know are Ethiopian Jews or Beta Israel that I had read about a long time ago. Agree it would be better if you just write music on peace.

Goodness knows! There is a legend that various peoples in parts of Africa such as Ghana, Cameroon and Ethiopia I think, are descended from the lost tribes of Israel, but I can't imagiine what they have to do with this. As for inviting them to the White House, I dread to think what Trump would say to them there - probably give them a pat on the back!

The clock-bomb kid was not a bomber. I don't know if Obama invited him to the White House or not but he did speak out in support of him when he was falsely accused. These are two completely different type of kids and different types of incidents. So comparing them is a little misleading. There is much fake news out there but there are also plenty of reliable news sites. There is a difference between reporters and talking heads. The article you shared in an example of good reporting from what I consider to be a reliable news source. I learned something by reading it.

@TheHorse I cannot answer anything here but about the Black Hebrews. These are people that came to Israel saying they are the black Hebrews and they are not Jews at all. The only black People that come to live in Israel are Ethiopians and they are true Jews from the tribe of Menasha.

Oh man, don't do this to me. Do you even care to know the truth? First of all, the "honorable" native American was accosting the kids. He is also lying about having served in Vietnam. The whole thing is a sham and the kids are innocent. The real villain IS the native American. PLEASE do some research on this. PLEASE!
