Honestly? Houswoerk Boot Camp!!! LOL
But seriously, I struggled with my weight for years and reallly fluctuated. I struggled with eating disorders all my life so my relationship to food isn't really good. I think it's our society, really. I mean we're surrounded by adverts of these delicious mouthwatering pictures of food and we mindlessly eat. Then there's the rat race. We do things instantly and with as little work as possible. Then there's the telly, the computer, all kinds's of butt-planters as I call them. Years ago everyone was more active.
I recently started doing housework the old fashioned way. Cooking from scratch. Washing up the dishes in the sink. Doing my laundry by hand, You know, the 1950s housewife's work. I can feel muscles getting firm in my body, and my waistline is getting smaller.
Oh and I cut out takeaway meals. They reallyreallyreally pack in the punch calorie-wise. And believe me it's a hard habit to break. Bloody hard. It took me months to be able to easily say no to takeaways and even my husband is starting to follow my lead. I mean he's not perfect or anything but it's better.

Be on diet and exercise regularly. These are two natural ways of losing weight.
