Chicken either in a stir-fry or a rich sauce is always nice with boiled rice and sweet and sour pork is also complimented by rice.

make nasi goreng! taste good and easyer to cook
The name Nasi Goreng simply means "fried rice". The only hard and fast rule is to start with rice which has been cooked ahead and left to go cold.variations are infinite, it’s up to you and your imagination. You can add shredded chicken, chopped ham, shrimps, crabmeat and so on. I’m providing the basic foundations you can build on. Even this plain version is quite delicious. Adjust the flavourings and chili content to your own taste!!Degree of difficulty: Low
You need:
Crush a clove of Garlic,
Grate about an inch of ginger, and
chop 4 Spring Onions or one small onion.
Make yourself a "Flavour Bomb"few drops of Sesame Oil,
according to your heat tolerance, about a teaspoon of Sambal Oelek (Hot Indonesian Chili Sauce,
about a dessert spoon of Fish Sauce,
a teaspoon of Shrimp Paste,
and a good slurp of Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis). Mix together and set aside.
Have on Hand about a cup of Bean Shoots, Finely Shredded Asian Greens, or even Frozen Peas.srimp or sosis slice
Method:
Place a good slurp of Vegetable Oil into a Wok or Large Frypan.
Heat the oil, bung in the garlic, ginger and spring onions, fling them around for a few seconds, then chuck in the "Flavour Bomb" ...move this around for a few more seconds, then in goes the cold rice.
Keep lifting around so rice becomes well coated and doesn’t stick, then at the last moment stir through the sprouts so they retain some Nasi Goreng.
For "SPECIAL" fry an egg and bung one on top of each serve.

Sushi with sashimi. And another one is arroz valenciana , its a Filipino dish that has rice on it , with seafoods, chicken, liver, peas, sausages and margarine put into one dish. This is also the most common food being served in any Philippine occassions.
