How do you learn new things daily

We just have to learn daily to keep our selves alert to new information, education, ways of doing things to grow intellectually. Do you stimulate your intellect daily. How do you do it?

I will say learning from experience something we never forgot. However I do agree, on spending some time on regular basis will enrich our knowledge.
