Today Is a
Stand under the shower for a little bit longer this morning
Listen to Creepypasta's while thinking about writing my own
Drink three cups of herbal tea and go back for a forth
Try not to worry about things
Maybe watch some actual t.v. for a change
type of day.
It's also a
Mylot for a little while
Window shop for homemade jams and jellies
and
Just try not to worry
type of day.
Plenty to worry over, no reason to allow the worry to fester. I've already started some of the above (creepy pasta, three cups of tea, mylotting) but I think I'll go jump in the shower now.. and yes, I'll stay in there just a little while longer than necessary.

I am grumpy when I find that the water isn't the degree I want it to be. I like it to be as hot as possible so that I can adjust the temperature to my liking. Hoping that tea helps you! Lemon Ginger is a good tea for a col, I've found.

@Courage7 I wonder if the spice would do the trick? Not sure which would be more cost effective, a ginger root or the spice in the baking aisle.
I get Traditional Medicinals Lemon Ginger, I think it's TM teas anyway.

Maybe try to confine your worry to specific times of the day. That method seems to work for some. Snap your wrist with a rubber band if worry creeps in other times. I need to make some coffee. Herbal tea will come in later.

I have heard of that method, snapping yoru wrist with a rubber band or thin elastic. Something that will give you just a little pain to jolt you into thinking of that for a few minutes. I've prepared another cup of turmeric tea. I actually fill up two cups each day, several times a day. One has one type of tea, the other has another type of tea.

What is creepy pasta? Is it those scary story things you mentioned before?
I hope you had a good saturday, instead of a worrisome one.

Creepypastas are scary stories, yes, but they were only some of the ones I was referring to. Creepypastas can be stories that are told as if it really happened or they can be a psychological thriller type, and those can be even more disturbing.

Thank You. I have stayed offline for several hours today. I watched Monty Python and The Holy Grail on netflix and have just took care of myself. It felt good to do so and I am feeling less worried.
