my funny wish

I had this funny wish when I was little, of marrying a beautiful European lady and having wonderful kids that are of mixed race and intelligent. This wishful thinking I've kept within my heart until now. But now I've to face the reality that it could never happen. I want it to happen, but all I see is an elusive childish daydream that I need to do away with. Have you ever had such funny wishes? did you later accomplish it?

Yes, I wanted to be a ballerina, no I did not even get to take dance lessons, my family was too poor.

I use to want to live on a farm with lots of animals, part of it came true, but taking care of animals takes a lot of care.

That's a wish I wanted to come true but I guess I should do away with it. Maybe it's not my luck, who knows?

You never know that maybe your dream will come true. I wanted to find a nice man and get married and have kids but that did not turn out very well. I married a violent acoholic and had a miscarriage and never had human children but had animals instead.

That is very nice but I am 68 and too old to have kids and I do not want to get married again and I have not met that many nice guys to date.

@Hannihar I understand now. But I want you to know that there are nice men out there who treat women with respect and love. Yeah nobody is a saint absolutely, however, not all men are beasts. At least, I'm a good example of a nice guy. There are tons of others like me too

When I was little I am fond of watching Miss Universe and have a funny wish, of dating even one of those contestant only...and apparently it's not gonna happen, knowing I am short and not good looking...but I am happy that Miss Universe now is from our country...Congratulations Catriona..
