My eyes are much more swollen than what they should be. But it is over 9PM and still 30°C. My legs were hurting to much that I decided to place cold compresses over them. It was a brilliant Idea: now I can walk. Tomorrow I ill go to the Bank to buy more dollars and check the price I paid for the lodgings. And I will also buy a health insurance for the days I´ll be abroad. I am now watching TV with the compresses on my legs. I can´t even turn on the fan as the movie I´m watching is in Spanish, but a Mexican Spanish so it is difficult to understand. So far a very good movie. It is Roma. See you later.

@marguicha aww that sucks. We don't even have enough room for an AC so I know how you feel. Anyway try soaking your feet in a basin of cool water, and take a wet cloth and wipe your forehead, neck, admits, and private areas. It helps a lot x

Mexican Spanish is very different from real Spanish, hard to understand.

You have a hard time understanding Spanish from Mexico? You are are a native Spanish speaker, right?

There are lots of different dialects of Spanish. It's like watching a movie from Wales or Scotland when you're an American... sometimes it's hard to understand because of the accents, despite it still being in English.

I'm glad the cold compresses are helping. I do hope it is just the heat that is affecting your eyes.

Oh, @amadeo was just telling me about that movie! I haven't seen it yet myself. At the moment, it's around 66°F here, or around 19°C. I know in just a few months, you'll be bundling up in sweaters and I will be the one complaining about the heat.
